 White Facilities Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Dhaval A. Barot and Nishant P.Vora. Our mission is to understand our clients needs and meet those needs by providing quality services through innovative delivery methods. We seek to conduct our business in a socially responsible manner and to provide positive contributions to our society.

Mr. Dhaval A. Barot has a vast experience in real estate and construction business in India and the U.S.A. He is currently on the board of directors for Bharat Infrastructure & Engineering Ltd., Core Contracting Pvt. Ltd. His education background is of a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (B.E) degree from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai, Master’s (M.S) degree in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Hoboken, New Jersey, USA. He was working with a General contracting firm in New Jersey for a period of two years and then decided to return back to India and joined the board of BIEL and CCPL. With great knowledge of the construction business it is easier for him to steer WFS to achieve its goals.

Mr. Nishant P. Vora has a solid background in Industrial Engineering, Lean manufacturing and Business development. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Mumbai University and Industrial Engineering from Canada. He has worked on prestigious projects for companies like GE and Toyota focusing on productivity improvement and facility management. He is a Managing Partner for Silver Foliage Landscape Development Company based in Mumbai; over the last year he has expanded the business to boast a clientele of 50 plus companies which include Sony, Citi Group, Syntel, INS and HCL. His background and experience in business and industrial engineering provides WFS with the necessary skill set.
